What is a music license?

A permission to commercially use the Piano Lullabies music included in the license for financial gain.

You will be able to include the licensed music in your YouTube video, Twitch live streaming, podcast or meditation session, or on-line wherever you want.

What type of music license do you offer?

Non-exclusive and non-transferrable license.

This mean that the composers Matias Ramisch and Michele Strobino will remain the only owners of the copyright and ownership of the Piano Lullabies music material, in this way guaranteeing you the complete usage of it, being always in control of the material without any copyright issue with third parties.

All of the Piano Lullabies music is registered with SIAE, the Italian Performance Rights Organization, all of the Piano Lullabies music live performances, public broadcast and playing must be notified to the SIAE with the proper CUE sheet or blanket license requirement.

Can I use your music for non-profit use?

Yes, only if you will not create any financial gain for you or for third parties using Piano Lullabies music material, in this case you can use the music without any license.

Is it necessary to include you in the credits?

Yes, regardless of the purchase of a license for commercial use or a non-profit use of the music, the Piano Lullabies name or both the composers names "Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino" have to be always credited directly in the material realized where is possible, or via text attribution or in any other form that will bring the final user of the material realized to our Piano Lullabies sources.

Yes you can do it as long as you have created a Derived Work from our Original Work (added vocals in a podcast, recorded new instruments on it, edited or modified the master file), for further details about the “Derived Work” you can check: https://www.legalzoom.com/articles/what-are-derivative-works-under-copyright-law.

Re-selling, re-licensing, publishing, database registration and any other usage of the pure Original Work is not allowed.

Can I register the licensed music with a PRO or Content ID System?

No, the copyright is retained solely by the original composers, this will protect your interest without involving any third party registrations issue, Piano Lullabies and you are the only parties involved in the license.

Do you monetize the Piano Lullabies material?

Yes, all of the Piano Lullabies music content is monetized, the only situation where you can completely monetize your content on your own is the purchase of the License.

License Agreement



1) Final Usage

This non-exclusive and non-transferrable license allow you to use the piece of music covered by this license and created by Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino, in one audio or video content with a length up to two hours maximum that will create, together with the music, the “Final Composite Material”.

2) Details

This license is valid worldwide, has a perpetual duration and can be associated with a single audio or video content with the maximum duration of two hours.

3) Non-Transferability

This license is not transferable or salable to any third party.

4) Credits

Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino must always be cited in the credit section of the "Final Composite Material”, in any way that expressly indicates their role as musical composer, authors and producers of the music material used covered by this license.

5) Limits

There are no restrictions on the distribution of the “Final Composite Material” as long as this does not exceed the maximum duration of two hours, the purpose of the “Final Composite Material” have to strictly not focus on the music itself, neither this will direct the focus of the end user to the music itself (this would simply mean reselling Piano Lullabies music without creating a derivative work, this is not allowed).

6) Derivative Work

In order to be used commercially, the musical material must be sufficiently different from its initial state, voices can be recorded over because it is used as background music, it can be edited, different instruments can be recorded on top of it, or it can even be left intact as long as you do not have it as a central element of the “Final Composite Material”, the music covered by this license must only be a "complementary element", for further clarification and approval of the music material usage inside of the “Final Composite Material” before its publishing, please contact us at: pianolullabiesmusic@gmail.com

7) Performance Rights

All of the music composed and produced by Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino is registered and copyrighted with the Italian Performance Right Organization, SIAE, for any performative use of music this must be correctly communicated through the CUE Sheet obtained from your national PRO or the creation of an apposite Blanket License always from your PRO, for more details and clarifications drop us an email at: pianolullabiesmusic@gmail.com

8) Copyright Protection

Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino always protect their music through digital identification systems such as the YouTube Content ID, this allows them to maintain control over the use of their music, the “Final Composite Material” if placed on a digital platform could be susceptible to copyright claims, this will be removed when all the terms of the license have been correctly observed.

For this reason, by no other person the original content created by Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino may be registered in any database, any digital identification system or any PRO.

9) Violations

If any of these clauses are not respected, Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino reserve all the rights to not remove any copyright claim and to not allow the use of the Piano Lullabies music in any situation.

10) Liabilities and Damages

Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino will remain the copyright holders of the Piano Lullabies music material covered by this license, for this reason they reserve the rights at any time to stop the usage of their music in relation to the “Final Composite Material”, this can be motivated by a suspected or current violation of the clauses of this license.

For this reason Matias Ramisch and Michele Aldo Strobino will never held responsible for any economic damage caused to one of the parties involved in this contract or to third parties through the actions envisaged and included in this contract, for this reasons they are not attributable to any economic compensation of any kind resulting from the incorrect use of their material.

11) End of the Contract

Any breach of any of the contract’s clauses will constitute sufficient reason for the termination of it.

12) Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the clauses of this license will be referred to Italian law and will be settled by the City Court of Milan.
